Due to weather and legal restrictions, we are not able to ship wine to all states or by all methods. We don't offer UPS or Fedex Ground, for example, if temperatures along the shipping route will be below 30 degrees or above 70 degrees. And there are a number of states we cannot ship to at all, due to legal restrictions.
But we always try to accommodate our customers' needs and can often find solutions that will allow you to legally take delivery of your wine in a state convenient to you.
Since we won't charge your credit card (or even take an authorization) until after we've reviewed your order, the best thing to do is to select "Hold for Future Shipment" and, if you like, note your preferences in the "Special Instructions" box on this page. A member of our team will contact you to discuss alternatives. We're always happy to help.
All shipping dates are reserved on a first-come, first-serve basis and occasionally we reach our maximum number of requests for a day.
