Nine in number, the Produttori riservas have, like the 1927 Yankees, become a cultural icon, a murderer's row of great Barbaresco. Made only in great vintages, the same nine wines are produced, never more and never less.

Current vintage Produttori Riservas are not that hard to find in the US, thanks to the wines' cult status. But finding mature vintages is far harder. Even harder is finding the complete 9-wine lineup in a strong vintage that's entering its prime drinking period. That's what we have with this beautiful 2007 set.
