On the palate the wine is deep, pure and very elegant in profile, with Demi-Sec level of sweetness, beautiful focus and balance, stunning grip and a very, very long, nascently complex and absolutely stellar finish. Like other wines I have tasted from ungrafted French roots, there is a sense of delicacy here that goes beyond what is produced from the grafted vines in Le Haut-Lieu.
